Each team is fully separate: its admin and members see only their own boards, tasks and people. Create a team with its admin below, then hand the admin their login — they onboard their own members.

Import your department's data

One-time migration from the local tracker: pick the JSON you exported there (Settings → Data → Export → JSON). Boards, tasks, statuses, priorities, due dates and comments come across into this team only. Tip: create your members above first — assignees and comment authors are matched by full name.
